How to Lose Weight: Type of diet

When we talk about FOODS, of course it is such a heaven. Our eyes seems shine like a diamond. Foods seem dancing in front of our eyes. FOODS can be stress suppressant therapy (magical medicine). Someone who is moody can be cheerful again once they see/eat fooooodddsss. Trust me. It is a fact. Whyyyyy???? Because I am one of them.

Based on my observation, mostly women who are very passion about foods compared to men. Whyyyyyy???? Because women always have time for instagram and they knew the best places to eat via this tool.Hihihihihi.

But once they keep eating, eating, eating and eating, they will feel guilty. Whyyyy? Because they are gaining weight. So they will try to start 'on diet'.

So what I want to highlight right now is about how to help for weight reducing. There are a lot of diet nowadays. But we need to know exactly about that particular diet. The pros and cons of that diet. Maybe for short duration, there is no side effects but for the long term??? We didn't know.



Actually there are quite a lot of diet exist in this world, for example balance diet and etc.
Here are some of diet that most popular for weight reduction.

May be sustainable for a longer period of time

Reduce cholesterol and triglyceride.

May be hard to maintain
May lead to binge eating on non-fasting days

Not to consume dairy, eggs and other animal product

Low in several nutrients (B12, iron, omega-3, vitamin D and calcium)
Ketogenic diet
Reducing carbohydrate intake and upping fat intake

Blood type diet
Foods that are suited with your blood group either blood group A, B, AB and O.
Not a  single well studied confirm the on this diet

Actually I would like to share with you others diet also but it is quite a lot.Hihihihhi

Balance diet, Mediterranean diet, raw food diet, south beach diet also popular. You may try it. But first, need to study about that particular diet first.

All diet have their own pros and cons.You're the one who know your own body and ability. So you're the one that can decide on your body.

Whatever you choose, you must determine...
